Effective Black Parenting Program is a parenting skill-building program created specifically for parents and caregivers of African-American children. It offers Culturally Specific & General Parenting Strategies taught in a culturally sensitive manner; Using African-American Language Expressions and African Proverbs; Including topics relevant and specific to raising Black children in America. All instructors are trained and certified and have raised or are raising Black children.

Who Can Register:
San Francisco parent/caregiver with at least 1 child 17 years old or younger Register and commit to attending all sessions. English language proficiency

​Services provided:
15-week evidence-based parenting course that meets court mandates, Alternate between in-person and virtual classrooms Dinner and assistance with onsite childcare.
Weekly attendance raffle, Graduation diploma and $200 graduation gift
