I have been with Edgewood's Kinship team for 17 years and I feel lucky to have such a great job working with so many great people. I can't even begin to describe the amount of amazing things families have taught me about strength, kindness, and family.

My name is Hope Ivory, I am the Assistant Program Manager for Kinship and I have worked for Edgewood for 12 years supporting families with resources, IEP’s and support with their children.  I have over twenty years’ experience of working with families and their youth.  My passion is to see a family meet their best potential under any circumstances. My speciality is working with Transitional Aged youth and helping them transaction into adulthood. I’m also a certified accredited Triple P facilitator.

My name is Belkis Cruz and I am the Youth Activities Assistant. I'm extremely happy to work with Edgewood. Being part of the Kinship/FRC Team I will be doing what I enjoy the most helping families and youth in SF/EB. 












​My name is Francisco Ferrer. I’ve been working at Edgewood for 20 years in different positions such as PIP (Primary Intervention Program), Residential Treatment Counselor, Behavior Coach, etc. Currently, I am a Family Advocate at Southeast Families United FRC. I’m grateful to be in this position because I can serve my community by providing services needed to enrich and empower families who need extra support in the Bayview neighborhood. My goal is to see our families to overcome poverty and violence by providing quality services and programs that enhanced what we already have: a great community.

As well as direct my passion for helping families thrive under any circumstances. Currently, I am a graduating honors candidate on the psychology department at SFSU.
